One of Life's Mysteries Solved

I have figured out one of life's mysteries. People say there's a God shaped hole in all of us. It's true. But there is another hole as well. It's a dog-shaped hole. So I need to get a dog. And if you're a male from Tulsa, there's a gun-shaped hole in your heart. Probably several. Which is why my brother bought an AK-47 as well as a 40 caliber handgun. So there you have it; mystery solved.

Previously, I made the comment that no one reads my blog. That is inaccurate. On my professional blog, there were responses from four parties: an off-duty park ranger, a spamming online college, a spamming company selling nanotechnology, and an individual offering psychic love readings. Blogging creates unusual connections.

The first semester of Fire Protection Technology Courses at Mission College is done! 19.5 Units completed, all with a 4.0 GPA. I am happy about that. 

The Long Lapse of Silence

It has been quite some time since I have been able to access this account. I am grateful that it was not deleted, seeing as it has been 1 year and 2 months since I posted anything. Judging from the number of new comments on previous posts - that number would be zero - I can tell the world sorely missed my writing. Ah, it is good to be needed and to know one has a part in shaping public affairs. The world is a better place because this blog is taking up space on a Google server somewhere.

Washing Dishes

Washing dishes in my apartment is like the Olympics:
A) It occurs once every four years.
B) It takes several weeks to complete the various events.
C) Anyone who can complete a single event deserves recognition and, quite possibly, a medal.
